Full Journal pdf2012-04-14 House Journal Page 2437 HB 250 Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2384) on the following: 2012-04-14 House Journal Page 2438 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 250(ENE) "An Act relating to the renewable energy grant fund and recommendation program; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 250(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 250(ENE), thus adopting SCS CSHB 250(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 250(ENE)?" Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 250(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
